NDA Attempts Helper

Understand how many NDA attempts you can realistically make, since UPSC gives unlimited attempts within the 16.5–19.5 years age window.

Estimate Your NDA Attempts Window

NDA eligibility window is roughly from 16.5 to 19.5 years of age, with exact DOB ranges notified separately for NDA 1 and NDA 2.
There is no official cap on the number of NDA attempts, but with two exams per year and a narrow age window, most students practically get 4–6 attempts if they start on time.

Disclaimer: This NDA attempts helper is an explanatory tool based on the fact that UPSC has not fixed any numeric attempt limit for NDA; students can attempt as many times as they like while they remain within the 16.5–19.5 years age window and meet all other conditions. It does not replace the official NDA & NA notification or any special provisions introduced for specific years. Always rely on the latest UPSC NDA & NA notification and UPSC website for final decisions.
