Online Application & Uploads

  • Scanned Photograph

    Recent passport-size colour photo, JPG/JPEG, within size and dimension limits given in notification
    MANDATORY
    Used on admit card, attendance sheets and service records; must be clear, recent and as per guidelines.

  • Scanned Signature

    JPG/JPEG signature in blue/black ink on white paper, within specified size
    MANDATORY
    Acts as specimen signature; compared with signatures on answer sheets, attendance and DV forms.

  • Personal, Academic & Category Details

    Name, parents’ names, address, contact, 10th/12th/graduation details, category, domicile and other declarations

Prelims & Mains Exam Day

  • Prelims / Mains Admit Card

    Printed admit card for each stage, downloaded from MPPSC/BPSC/RPSC website
    MANDATORY
    Contains exam date, centre, roll number and important instructions; without it entry is not allowed.

  • Original Photo Identity Proof

    Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Passport, Driving Licence or other valid government ID
    MANDATORY
    Verified along with admit card to confirm that the correct candidate is appearing in the exam.

  • Passport-size Photographs

    1–2 recent photographs, preferably same as uploaded
    May be needed for pasting on attendance sheets or in case the printed photo on admit card is unclear.

Interview / Personality Test

  • Interview Call Letter & Application Printout

    Official interview letter and printed, signed online application form
    MANDATORY
    Used to verify that the candidate has been shortlisted and to match details with certificates during interview/DV.

  • Original Photo Identity Proof

    Same valid ID used during exam stages

    Ensures continuity of identity from Prelims and Mains to the interview stage.

Final Document Verification (DV)

  • 10th (High School) Marksheet & Certificate

    Original + self-attested photocopies
    MANDATORY
    Main proof of date of birth and basic educational qualification.

  • 12th (Intermediate) Marksheet & Certificate

    Original + copies
    Required to confirm higher secondary qualification and subject stream where relevant.

  • Graduation Degree & All Mark Sheets

    All semester/year mark sheets + degree/provisional certificate
    MANDATORY
    Minimum essential qualification for most PCS posts; must be obtained from a recognised university.

  • Post-Graduation Degree & Mark Sheets (If Applicable)

    PG certificate and mark sheets
    Required where PG is part of the eligibility criteria or for certain specialised posts.

  • Caste / Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC)

    Original caste certificate in prescribed state format + photocopies
    Required to claim reservation and age/fee relaxation under state rules.

  • EWS Certificate – If Claimed

    Valid income & asset certificate for the relevant financial year
    Used to confirm eligibility for EWS reservation category.

  • State Domicile / Residence Certificate

    Original domicile/residence proof issued by competent authority
    Needed to confirm that the candidate belongs to that state for state quota posts.

  • PvBD / Disability Certificate – If Applicable

    Original disability certificate/UDID card + self-attested copies
    Required for candidates applying under PwBD category to confirm percentage and type of disability.

  • Ex-Servicemen / Defence Personnel Certificates

    Discharge book, service certificate and other defence-related documents
    Used to provide reservation/relaxation to ex-servicemen and defence personnel dependents as per rules.

  • MPPSCEmployment Registration & Forms

    Employment registration certificate, attestation forms and personal detail forms (if prescribed)
    Some MPPSC posts require live employment registration and submission of specific commission forms at DV.

  • No Objection Certificate – If Employed

    NOC from current Government/PSU employer
