CAPF (Assistant Commandant) Attempts Helper

Understand how many CAPF AC attempts you can realistically take based on your age and category, since there is no fixed attempt limit.

Estimate Your CAPF Attempts Window

UPSC has not prescribed a numeric attempt cap for CAPF AC; effective attempts are limited only by the upper age for your category.
CAPF AC age band is usually 20–25 years for General category, with relaxations for OBC, SC/ST and some other categories.
There is no set maximum, but tracking past appearances helps you plan remaining serious attempts in your age window.

Disclaimer: This CAPF attempts helper is an explanatory tool, built on the fact that UPSC has not fixed a numeric attempt limit for CAPF AC and only uses an age range. It does not replace the official notification or any special relaxations for particular categories. Always rely on the latest UPSC CAPF notification and UPSC website for final decisions.
